Alan Crocetti is a Brazilian jewellery designer working in his eponymous label. After graduating from Central Saint Martins, in London, Crocetti worked alongside Mark Thomas, Helmut Lang, Thomas Cawson and many others. 

 
 

At ARPA’s atelier, in Gondomar, Portugal, custom-made jewellery is created in close collaboration with brands and international designers, by their specialised team of artisans that incorporate craftsmanship with the latest technology.

 
 
 

Alexandra Pinho is the CEO of LMA Textiles and a member of the board of ATP – Portuguese Textile Association. Leading a team of experts in textile development, design and performance, Alexandra Pinho has been awarded prizes on a wide variety of platforms including iTechStyle, ISPO and Performance Days.

 

Clare Press is the presenter of the popular sustainable fashion podcast Wardrobe Crisis, based on her book of the same name. She also co-hosts the UN’s Ethical Fashion podcast. A former magazine journalist, she pioneered the role of sustainability editor at Vogue Australia (2018-2020) and her writing has appeared in the Guardian and Business of Fashion

 
 
 

After an extensive background in fashion, Dio Kurazawa founded The Bear Scouts and is now a production specialist, exploring innovative paths to a more sustainable future for the production chain. 

Dio Kurazawa works with waste to foster circularity within his company. He is also a consultant at the Copenhagen Fashion Summit and a professor at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.

 

Elliot Atkinson co-founded sustainable womenswear brand, BITE, as creative director. Also lectures design sustainability at UCA Rochester and London College of Fashion. 

 
 
 

Elsa Parente is currently the CEO of RDD - Research Design Development project, part of the Valerius Group. RDD provides integrated innovative solutions, from new concepts and designs to the final product for global fashion brands. Social and Environmental Awareness is in the soul of RDD which integrates an experienced team of thinkers and makers that co-work day by day with all the stakeholders.

 

Fátima Santos is currently the general secretary for The Portuguese Jewellery and Watchmaking Association. She manages and leads the growth and expansion of the Portuguese jewellery industry. 

Fátima Santos is also responsible for project finance managing and all the actions for international promotion. 

 
 
 

Laura is the Project Manager for the “Make Fashion Circular Initiative” at Ellen MacArthur Foundation and was involved in writing the report “A new textiles economy: Redesigning fashion’s future”. 

 

Mafalda Mota Pinto's work is focused on the importance of social responsibility, sustainability and transparency in the textile industry’s supply chain. This path led to her commitment to the Global Compact GDS Agenda 2030 in 2018 and in 2019, when Scoop Portugal committed to meet the CO2 neutral emissions targets.

 
 
 

Maria Srivastava is the chief impact and communications officer at Pangaia. Pangaia is a direct-to-consumer materials science company bringing breakthrough textile innovations and patents intothe world through everyday lifestyle products. Every technology they work with aims to solve anenvironmental problem of the fashion/apparel & nature industry.

 

One of the UK's most promising young sustainable fashion designers. She graduated from the University of Monfort last year but has already worked with major brands, including Vivienne Westwood, as well as the London Browns cult shop, where she took part in her Berlin pop-up shop.

 
 
 

Mats Rombaut is a multi-disciplinary creative currently based in Paris.

In 2013, ROMBAUT was founded, his first independent project, a vegan accessory brand with sustainability at its core. Rombaut produces in Portugal. 

 

Miguel is an Instructor at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where he designed and delivers the Executive Education Happy Cities Program consisting of three modules: Smart (focus on technology), Future Cities (focus on sustainability) and Happy Cities (focus on innovation, new business models, and sustainability metrics).

 
 
 

Nuno Pereira Alves is currently the Corporate Director for the North Region of Portugal.

Priya Ahluwalia completed her master’s degree in men’s fashion at the University of Westminster in 2018. For her concern and dedication to sustainability, as well as her aesthetics and design, Ahluwalia was recently featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 European Arts and Culture list and is also a LVMH Prize Finalist 2020.

 
 
 

Roddy Clarke works as a journalist and is a regular contributor to titles including Forbes, The Financial Times and the London Evening Standard. Roddy explores the impact of the fashion, interiors and design worlds in trying to create a sustainable future. Helping brands and consumers alike to navigate their way towards this, he acts as a writer and consultant for companies and publications all across the globe.

 

Sam Osborne is an entrepreneur and sustainability visionary. He founded sustainable brand MAKE in 2019.

Prior to MAKE, Sam spent 20 years working with the most advanced producers of technical sports, including Under Armour, Santa Cruz, Finisterre and Lululemon.  

As a member of the British Fashion Council, Lecturer at Cardiff UWIC and advisor to global brands on innovation and sustainability.
